EVENT: Spring Yard Sale to benefit Eastern GSP Rescue

**Please Note – When we hold our yard sales, there are no dogs with us**

EVENT: 29th Annual Pet Fair at Watchung Reservation. This is a fun-filled day of activities held to educate the public about pet care. Bring your family (including the 4-legged members) to show your support for EGSPC Rescue while you enjoy a day of outdoor fun! TIME: 12:00noon – 5:00pm

PLACE: Trailside Nature and Science Center, 452 New Providence Road, Mountainside, NJ

EVENT: 5K Walk/Run & Pet Expo hosted by Tri State Weimaraner Rescue. Come on out to the beautiful grounds of the Silver Decoy Winery and check us out! You can participate in the Annual 5K Walk/Run (sign up at www.active.com) or just enjoy a leisurely day visiting the various vendors and rescue booths at the pet expo! TIME: Race starts at 10:00am, pet expo to follow immediately after

PLACE: Silver Decoy Winery, 610 Windsor-Perrineville Road, East Windsor, NJ

EVENT: L’Oreal Hosts “Because Your Dog is Worth it Too” pet day to benefit Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and various rescue groups. This is a big event and our first time participating, but we hear it’s a blast so come on out and show your support for this great cause and our rescue! There will be family activities for the kids and adults, a doggie swimming pool, dog race & costume contest, many food and pet supply vendors, fly ball and agility demonstrations and much, much more! DATE: Saturday, August 16th

TIME: 9:00am – 4:00pm

PLACE: L’Oreal, 35 Broadway Road, (off Route 130), Cranbury, NJ

Thank you to all the club members and supporters who made 2007 a great success. And special thanks goes to our foster homes, especially the new ones that came on board this year. Their help saved Rescue over $7,000 in boarding costs. Those funds can now be put to good use in helping the GSPs of 2008.
